A website for your venture. Delivered in 7 business days. Everything it includes and everything it doesn't is written below, before you pay.
In this market a website takes between three weeks and two months. Not because the work requires it, but because the scope keeps being defined along the way.
Here the scope is closed from the start. We know exactly what gets built, and that is why we can commit to a date.
The deadline is counted in business days and starts when your content is complete. That condition is explained below, and it is the only thing that can move the date.
If something is not on the list on the left, it is not included. It can be quoted separately.
It can be done. It is quoted separately, or covered by one of the larger plans. It is never added without telling you the cost first.
$245 · 50% on confirming the slot — $245 · 50% on delivery
Not what we do: what ends up in your hands when each stage closes.
| Phase | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Confirmation | Slot and date confirmed: which week you are in and what day you start |
| Diagnosis | A diagnosis of what Google finds about the business today, delivered before building |
| Build | The one-page site built with your content, adapted to phone and desktop |
| Review | A preview address to review it, with one round of adjustments included |
| Publishing | Site published, configured for Google and with a correct preview when shared |
50 slots in total, available until October 31, 2026 and released in batches. It is not a sales tactic: it is the real production capacity we can commit to without putting anyone's deadline at risk.
We would rather deliver five flawless sites than fifteen late ones. That is why the number of slots per batch is published and respected.
At 6 sites a week you can do the maths yourself: if you are number 13 on the list, you are in week 3. When we confirm your slot we tell you which week is yours and what day it starts, and the 7 business days run from there. That date is the one we keep.
31 October 2026 is the last day to register. The last delivery falls in the first days of November, because slots are served in order at 6 a week. If you register on 30 October, your 7 business days do not start that day: they start when your week arrives.
The site is yours. The domain is in your name from day one because you are the one who buys it.
At the handover meeting we explain how your site is built and hand you the manual: what each section contains, where everything lives and how to request a change. Text, price and photo changes are done by us, within your maintenance plan.
For 30 days after publication we fix, at no cost, any functional error attributable to our work. It does not cover content changes or new features.
We have maintenance plans starting at $29,990 CLP a month. None are mandatory and there is no lock-in. If you decide not to take one, the site is still yours and we hand over everything you need to manage it or move it to another provider.
Taxes included. Paid in two equal parts: 50% when the slot is confirmed and the content delivered, and 50% on delivery, before publication.
7 business days counted from receipt of the initial payment and the complete content (texts, images and contact details). If the content arrives incomplete or in parts, the clock starts when it is complete, and the start date is confirmed in writing. If the delay is attributable to IA Vertex, 10% of the total value is discounted for each business day of delay, capped at 30%.
Texts and images are the client's responsibility, who declares holding the rights to use them. If 30 days after the slot is confirmed the content has not been delivered, the project is suspended and the initial payment is held as credit for 6 months.
One round of adjustments on the built site, within the 7-day window. An adjustment means correcting texts, images or data, not changing the structure or redesigning.
You may withdraw and receive a full refund of the initial payment as long as we have not started building, that is, within 5 days of payment or until the first progress delivery, whichever comes first. Once construction has started, the service is bespoke development and does not admit withdrawal.
The .cl domain is registered in your name and you buy it. We guide you through the process, but the registration and its annual renewal are on you: NIC Chile charges $9,990 CLP for one year, VAT exempt. Having it in your name is deliberate — if one day you leave, the domain leaves with you.
If you already have a site, we do not modify it or migrate its content: we build a new one with the scope of the package. The previous site remains yours and you decide whether to keep it or take it down. If you already own a domain, pointing it at the new site is part of the launch.
The 7 business days do NOT start when you pay or when you send the files: they start when we review what arrived and confirm the day your week begins. What «complete» means is defined on the «What we need to start» page, with the exact list. If something is missing we tell you what, and your slot stays reserved while you complete it.
The domain is registered in the client's name. Once payment is complete, the client owns the site, its content and its files. IA Vertex keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio, unless the client asks otherwise in writing.
The service comprises exclusively what is detailed in the "What is included" section. Any additional requirement is quoted separately and requires prior written acceptance.
The 50 slots are the total available under these conditions, and the offer expires on October 31, 2026. Once the slots run out or that date passes, the service returns to its list price. IA Vertex may modify these conditions for future registrations, without affecting anyone who already holds a confirmed slot.
